Based on Article. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJEU L No. 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, I kindly inform you that:

Tarczyńska 119, 96-320 Mszczonów, to the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000020419, NIP: 5221670380,

  1. Your personal data is processed for the purpose of: a. direct marketing of the personal data Administrator’s own products (Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016), b. conducting the recruitment process (Article 6 (1) (a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016), c. for other purposes – personal data may be processed on the basis of voluntarily expressed consents and applicable law (Article 6 (1) (a) and (b) of c) Regulation ((EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016),
  2. the legal basis for the processing of your personal data by the Administrator for the purposes indicated above is: a. performance of the contract (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR), b.consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR) – in situations in which it is expressed for: promotion and marketing of products by the Administrator, providing commercial information by electronic means,
  3. Your personal data will be stored: a. until the end of direct marketing of the personal data Administrator’s own products, b. until the end of the recruitment process, unless consent has been given to process your personal data also when conducting future recruitment for a given position, c. until the answer to the inquiry is sent, d. until the consents granted are withdrawn,
  4. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that has been carried out on the basis of consent given before its withdrawal;
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation personal data of April 27, 2016 (GDPR);
  6. Providing your personal data is voluntary, however, it may be necessary to take appropriate actions, including responding to an inquiry. Providing other personal data (i.e. data that is not necessary to provide the service by electronic means) is not obligatory and is at the discretion of the data subject, and their processing by the Administrator of personal data depends on obtaining appropriate consent. Failure to provide personal data that is mandatory will result in the inability to conclude a contract or submit an inquiry.

COOKIES POLICY

The website operator is YKK Poland Sp. z o.o., ul. Tarczyńska 119, 96-320 Pogorzałki (Mszczonów commune).

The website uses cookies. “Cookies” – HTTP cookies – are IT data that is stored on the user’s computer by the web browser while browsing a website and is intended for the use of websites. Cookies can be used for the following purposes:

  • adjusting the content of websites to the preferences of the visitor and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the device of the website visitor and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs

a. Session cookies: they are stored on the Website User’s device and remain there until the end of the browser session. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the memory of the Website User’s device. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the device of the Website User.

b. Permanent cookies: they are stored on the Website User’s device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the browser session or turning off the device does not delete them from the Website User’s device. The mechanism of permanent cookies does not allow collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the device of the Website User.

Cookies may be used by advertising networks, in particular the Google network, to display advertisements tailored to the manner in which the User uses the Website. For this purpose, information about the User’s navigation path or the time spent on a given page may be retained.
The User may independently and at any time change the settings for “cookies”, specifying the conditions for their storage and access to the User’s device via “cookies”. Changes to the settings referred to in the previous sentence can be made by the User using the web browser settings or by using the service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of “cookies” in the web browser settings or to inform about their every posting on the User’s device.
